Is it really free for renters?
Yes. Renters never pay anything. They download the app, document their unit, and sign — all free. Only the manager or landlord needs a Digital plan to collect and archive reports.
What counts as a "unit"?
The Digital plan includes unlimited units and unlimited inspections under one annual subscription. Whether you manage one rental or forty, it's the same $49 a year to start.
Do you offer per-unit or team pricing?
Not yet — we keep it deliberately simple. If you run a larger portfolio and need per-seat access or per-unit billing, reach out and we'll set you up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your archived reports remain accessible and exportable as tamper-evident PDFs even if you cancel — the record is yours.
